Excellent on line store - good value and quality stair gates
My wife ordered 4 stair gates (Manufacturer - Callowesses Kuvasz) at a reduced price. We received these the following day. Excellent value and excellent quality. Exactly as described on the web site. Would absolutely shop here again.

I was not sure if I wanted to order my pram with BabySecurity after I read so many bad reviews then I called the shop and the staff were very nice so I decided to trust and ordered mine
Venicci Turisso 3 in 1 Travel System 9 Piece Bundle - Polar Night, and I was really surprised and happy the first thing because I received my pram the day after my order and then everything arrived complete and as I expected.

Ordered a baby monitor after ours…
Ordered a baby monitor after ours broke, we live in a big house so needed it urgently, waited 6 days & phoned them as still not received. After calling they said it wasn’t available no more. Do not bother with this site.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. Purchased a double pram which had a fault (couldn't be folded back up) which rendered it useless and company are refusing to give a refund... Effectively left my wife unable to take our two infants out together over fear she will get stranded somewhere unable to fold pram. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Refund finally received 6 months later
Returned a babygate at my expense in September and have been chasing a refund since. Have emailed and sent messages multiple times and no response. Do not purchase from this company.

Review changed from 1 star to 3. Many thanks to Ana Fita in the customer service team who replied to my final attempt to get a refund on the babygate purchased 6 months ago. Thanks to her, the refund was processed same day and all resolved.

Very surprised!
I was read so many bad reviews about this Page, but they surprised me very very nice ? I ordered a pram venicci turisso polar night friday very early mornig, about 3am. And the pram arrived saturday about 2pm! WOW! ???I'm very pleased about my pram for my baby, very beautiful and without any marks or something!

I made a order for 2 chicco cribs it did say when I brought them it was a pre order, I ordered it about 2months ago contacted them shortly after to ask when they would be in stock had a quick response n told start of October, they were delivered before that were half way through September, I was worried seeing all the bad reviews but wasn't the case with me I was kept in the loop and not lied to about delievery so I'm happy ?just have faith guys ✌️

Made an order on 5th of September…
Made an order on 5th of September almost 2 weeks ago and I don’t have any updated since then. They don’t reply to my e-mails.
All order was for my baby’s safety and this waiting time is very stressful for all.
Will give a later update if they will sort it out or I will consider the legal options to get my money back…..

Hauck pushchair issues
Ordered a Hauck pushchair with an additional 5% off competitors prices, immediately after ordering received an email doubling the estimated order to delivery period quoted in the advert, then when this date approached had another email confirming brexit related issues were delaying things for another month (estimated) so gave up and got a refund.....got one from a competitor for 5% more and it was delivered in two days.....not a great experience

Poor!!!
I have had my pushchair for a couple of weeks and used it 3 times. It is already faulty and they are refusing to replace the item, even though their returns policy states otherwise.

I have been fobbed off with incorrect assumptions and told the issues are wear and tear. Wear and tear after 3 uses?

I would avoid buying from them!

Radio silence, disappointing service
When I ordered, the website said the travel cot would be in stock from 28 June, and I needed it for 16 July. I received an e-mail yesterday advising that it would not arrive until August - no phone number so I e-mailed back and asked for a refund. No response yet - pretty poor. Will keep you posted.

Finally found a number to call - lady was really helpful and cancelled order no problem.

Great Customer service and speedy delivery
Very impressed with the Customer Service team and the speed at which the Hauck Runner 2 was dispatched and delivered. Order before 4pm on Friday and delivered to the door by DHL before 11am the next day. Not many companies we have used over the years can match that. The Pushchair was well packaged and went together with no issues. Would use Baby Security for other purchases in the future.

Poor communication
Made an order and realised on my confirmation email the delivery address was wrong (even though correct delivery address was entered when purchasing!) They seemed to change my delivery address to the same as billing. The item is back ordered and not due until August, so emailed them to change this. I have had no response or communications and I’ve sent two emails.

I was very impressed with the service…
I was very impressed with the service however would not use the company again. I found the web page when trying to pay by the accepted credit cards deducted the VAT ie. £3.35 which is not due for goods dispatched to Jersey. Both cards were rejected and the only way the order would be accepted was through PayPal which included the VAT. For this reason I would not make another order. Janis Hutchison
